A couple years ago I discovered and purchased my first Bluetooth sleep headband and have been using one every night ever since. I found that the first one I tried, while mostly good, did not have easy access to remove the wiring, which you have to do before you wash the headband. There was only one slit in the back of that headband, so I would have to bunch it all up and shove my fingers in and try to work it around the band. The second one I tried was very comfortable, except for the head phone area, which was hard and hurt my ears. This one, however, is great! Easy access to remove the wiring, with 2 slits near the front of the headband, so that it can be washed. The material and ear phones are very soft and comfortable and don't hurt my ears at all. It came with a USB charger and has worked perfectly for me so far.

These headphones are awesome, they're incredibly comfortable, the sound is great, in fact they're so comfortable I forgot they were on my head and came to the door to see my friends who was coming over and now it's a joke between us! These have really helped me when I need to sleep odd hours and the neighborhood is too noisy

The speakers aren't the best and even though the headband it's self isn't that tight the speakers push on my ears a bit to where they get sore. I think it there was a strap to adjust size it would be a bit better.
Battery lasts all night when using it to listen to music. It's easy to charge and use.
Material is this and breathable As for background noise, you can hear it pretty clearly. In my opinion I'll stick with ear buds for now.
